The patient was suffering in same time from a "cochonoma perinealis"(1) , and from a PPE(2) with chronic hyperkeratosic reactionnel eczema + secondary infection (see other photos)...

We treat with the first protocol of "cochonoma"... (with a lot of topical dermovate on eczema...)
